Recovery starts with a stable home.
New Leaf Sober Homes LLC operates transitional sober living homes for adults working an active program of recovery. Our model is built on the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards — peer-led, structured, and accountable.
What is a sober living home?
A sober living home is a drug- and alcohol-free residence for people in recovery from substance use disorder. Unlike inpatient treatment, residents work, attend school, and live their daily lives — but inside a structured environment with peers committed to the same goal.
Residents follow house rules, contribute to chores, attend recovery meetings, and support one another. The home is the foundation; the resident builds the recovery on top of it.
Monitored recovery residences
NARR defines four levels of recovery housing. Level 2 — Monitored — is a peer-run model with a House Manager, structured house rules, drug screening, peer accountability, and required participation in a recovery support program.
- House Manager on site
- Random drug & alcohol screening
- Required recovery meeting attendance
- Documented house rules & policies
- Peer-led accountability
- Resident grievance process
New Leaf Sober Homes is operating to NARR Level 2 standards and is pursuing formal certification in 2027.
