New Leaf accepts adult residents committed to sobriety who can demonstrate the ability to pay weekly fees. Review the requirements below, then submit an application.
Admission requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for a bed at a New Leaf home.
Applicants must be ready to commit to a sober lifestyle and work an active program of recovery.
Documentation of income, employment, or a sponsor/payor able to cover weekly fees.
Government-issued photo ID required at intake.
Not currently in need of inpatient detox or medical care; able to live independently.
Willingness to sign and abide by the House Rules and all New Leaf policies.
Regular attendance at recovery meetings (AA, NA, SMART, or equivalent).
